They were good, don't get me wrong. BUT they sent me a proof of Marys headstone almost two months ago. I faxed it back with one correction. Now I got the second proof in the mail yesterday to finalize. WTF people? I already told you a long time ago what it should look like. Now I get to wait forever for the headstone to actually come in. Don't they understand that this will be a final thing for me and that I would like to go visit my baby and not just try to figure out exactly where she's at? mutha effin sshit.
