Ouch!

My little guy loves to kick me in under my right rib.  This has been his favorite spot for about the past 2-3 weeks.  The area is actually sore, somewhat bruised and very sensitive.  He really gets going at night and man does it hurt! 

Sometimes instead of just kicking, he will just push against me and leave his foot there stretched out, then I will rub his foot and he will either leave it there for a few seconds and eventually retract it, or sometimes, if I get the right spot he jerks it away quickly, I think it tickles him...???  May be I sound crazy, but either way it is really cool to see the little bulge in my belly his foot makes when he stretches out. 

Anyone else experience this or something similar?

    I can not wait for that part of pregnancy! 1st trimester doesn't have any cool things like that!  Except the bruises, I can do with out that.  When I was preg. with my son, he used to wiggle so much people across the room could see my stomach move.  So cool!

    Oh yes...same thing - sometimes she kicks me in the ribs, and other times she stretches.  At least I know she's in the right position now (head down)!

    So cool! My LO likes to rest her feet on my hip bones (she is very low). It's very cool but very tickley.
