How do they know?

I swear babies have a sixth sense and know when you sit down regardless if you haven't moved them or they're snug in a carrier sound asleep. My DD has recently become a stinker about me sitting... She's on to me.

mine does it when ever i touch the eliptical machine its like she doesnt want me to loose the last 20 lbs

I wish this was the case! If I wanted to exercise(which I generally don't...) she would let me do it all day. However, the moment I sit down to eat, She ALWAYS wakes up. Even if she's in a deep sleep, and I make zero noise. She totally knows... She even lets me make the food, it's just when I go to actually eat it..

Mine knows the second I pick up a fork. He will let me get all the food made and ready to eat but the second I sit down all he wants is for me to hold him.

Mine has a sixth sense for food coming anywhere near my mouth.  My English muffin sat on the kitchen counter from 8 until 10:30 this morning before I got a chance to eat it.
