I would kill for chinese. LOL..however; I'm into making double batches of dinner and freezing the second batch... I'm going to make eggplant parm soon and freeze that so I don't lose my eggplant (we already had a lot of italian this week) and I was thinking about making a double batch of white chili this evening until Mike notified me that he does not, in fact, like chili....unless it comes from Wendy's.... so I have no idea what I'm making for dinner either. LOL
