My stepson(9) just had a fight with my stepdaughter (13). I called them upstairs to find out what was going on. Apparently SS doesn't think he should have to fold his laundry, because HE didn't buy it, so it's not really HIS. Mmhmm.
LMAO.

hahaha. i remember i started doing my own laundry around that age b/c i complained about things not being clean and put in my room. so my mom marched me down stairs to show me how to use the washer and dryer and said have to it!
you can tell him well since he didnt buy his clothes he can go to school without any. he doesnt buy his video games or tv or food, so in the same argument, he doesnt have to use those as well.
HAH. Eating in front of the t.v. ended when they kept leaving their dishes on the coffee table.
They are all responsible for their own laundry for two reasons - 1.) my stepchildren were not raised well prior to being with me, and would leave peed in/pooped in clothes in their laundry. (yeah, long story and much therapy there.) 2.) I kept finding CLEAN clothing thrown in their laundry hampers because they would pull it out looking for something else to wear, and didn't feel like putting it back, or putting it away in the first place.

Well, when you eat in front of the TV, it's really hard to tell where the food ends and the kids begin. It's a high risk you run.
