Gift ideas for 3rd child?

A friend is having her 3rd, a girl after 2 boys. Her oldest is 5 and she is still using the same baby gear. I's like to get her something. What do you think you would need new for your 3rd? What life saving items are new in the baby gear dept.?

She'll probably need clothes (and little girl clothes are so fun to buy!).  Otherwise, we're expecting our 3rd, and I think gift cards for diapers and wipes, new onesies, burp cloths, etc are all nice, practical gifts.

We bought one of those combo swing/bouncers.  They didn't have those when I was pg before.  I also bought a second boppy.  Otherwise, just disposable items like diapers, wipes, etc.

I'm sure she'll be really excited about girl clothes too.

Some stuff just wore out for my third. I liked things like hoodie towel/washclothes, new nipples, teethers.  Maybe some basics that are just girlie colored (blankets, bibs, burp cloths, toys).  Also got a kiddopotomus (sp?) wrap that I didn't have for the others that I loved.
