Is a sulfur mask safe to use during pregnancy?

My acne is out of control and the pimples that have been appearing are painful...a girl I work with recommended a sulfur mask, would that be safe to use on the skin being pregnant? It doesnt contain any salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

isn't necessarily clay though. 

anyway,  to the OP,  sulfur is ok during pregnancy.  do a google search.  if you still aren't sure,  call and ask ur doc for your own piece of mind.
