Finding a pediatrician?

Any reccommendations for the island of Maui?  I'm in Napili and considering Dr. Ho or Dr. Akitake....would love some input.  Also, I'm not inclined toward vaccinations so I need a doctor that is open to a flexible vaccination schedule.  Thanks!
