Getting nervous for u/s tonight

This will be my 4th u/s. All the rest have gone really well, but it's been 3 weeks since my last visit. I'm ridiculously nervous. I keep having these "bipolar" moments where one minute I'm like, "This is different. I just FEEL it." And the next minute I'm like, "OMG, we're going to see a lifeless baby again." (And we have to bring DD along today so I'm really freaking out that something will be wrong and I'll have a breakdown in front of her...)

I'm 11w4d today and we found out about our loss last time at 12 weeks (but the baby measured a day or two off), so we are REALLY close to the same timing again.

PLEASE, if you can think positive thoughts and send some prayers our way at 6:50 tonight, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

You sound just like me.  Even before the losses, I remember being a wreck before all of Laney's ultrasounds.
