when to take childbirth classes?

so, as usual, i procrastinated on signing up for any classes and am beginning to think i def need to take them - both the prepared childbirth and abc's of bringing home baby.  we need to take all day saturday classes though and the next ones are nov 14th and the 21st.  i'll be 37 and 38 weeks for them.  do you think that is too late to be taking them and that it will be too uncomfortable to be there all day long being that far along?

Yikes!  I had my DS at 37 wks so that def. would have been too late for me.

On the other hand, it will be really fresh in your mind. 

I am taking my childbirth refresher class at 37 wks this time, so I'll be in the same boat.  I am just going to check and see what the refund policy is

Just see if they'll take you asap. I am taking a 6 week class and will be 36 weeks at the last class.
