sibling name to go with LUKE

I'm pregnant with #2, we don't know the sex yet, but were thinking of boy and girl names to go with our son Luke's name.  It doesn't have to be an "L" name, just something that sounds good together.  Any suggestions for either boy or girl? 

 I like:

boy- Shane, Alex

girl- Leah, Kylie

We almost had a Luke to go with our Logan. I'm not sure if that is too matchy for you though. We decided against it, because I have a second cousin named Luke. Other boy names I like that I think sound fine with Luke are: Noah, Caleb and Andrew.

I like Kylie best out of your girl name options. A few other girl names I like that sound okay with Luke are: Sophia/Sophie, Juliana/Julianna/Julia, Claire, Molly, Kate, Lauren and Lily.

I love Leah but I would watch out for Luke and Leah together--- wayyy too close to Star Wars siblings Luke and Leia IMO.

I do not like Shane at all!  Alex goes well with Luke.  I like Dylan with Luke as well.

I have cousins that are Luke and Tyler. I think that is cute! I like the name Ben too (although I don't think Benjamin goes w/Luke that well).

I like Shane and Leah. Not a fan of Kylie at all. I can't imagine that name on an adult.

I'm so glad you asked this question!  I am in the same situation my sons name is Luke and we are expecting our 2nd son in December.  We can not think of a name that we agree on.

If we have a boy his name will be Luke and our daughter's name is Claire.  I think you're options are pretty broad to go with the name Luke.

Thank you all for the great suggestions. I'm not sure about Kylie either, but since my husband's name is Kyle and he does not want a junior with the exact same name it was my way of naming a child after him. I like Kyla too though. I think we'll wait to find out the sex before debting names because half of the ones I like my husband gives the axe to. I also like Tristan and Evan, but husband is not a big fan. I love the name Claire. That was our girl name when I was pregnant with Luke, but now a close friend has a baby Claire.
