Any ginger ale experts out there?

Canada dry mentions that they are made from real ginger. But isn't all ginger ale made from real ginger? And anyone know how to figure out if it's not made with real ginger? Even Canada Dry doesn't have ginger listed as one of the ingredients. It's all very confusing.

I just don't want to be buying ginger ale with artificial flavoring that wont help with my m/s.

Canada Dry works for me but the other day I had a Boylan's Bottling Co. Ginger Ale that is mostly natural & does list real gingerGinger as well as lime in their ingredients list. I've bought those sodas at Whole Foods & have seen them at other supers that carry orgo prods.
