back from nt scan

in Pregnant after a Loss
and everything looked great.  all measurements were normal, now we just need bloodwork.  Well, after 1 ultrasound telling us we had a singleton we found out today that we're having twins.  Dont know how they missed that one, but holy schnikies.  Wasnt expecting that!
