Pre-E update

OB office just called... bloodwork and urine protein all looked good and I just have a slightly elevated Uric (sp?) Acid level.   So I'm headed over to the hospital to pick up a jug for a 24-hour Urine test kit.   Anyone had to do that?

Yeah for no induction, at least for today!   My OB nurse told me not to get cocky about that, tho!   "You could still go tomorrow!  Keep those bags packed!"

No bedrest order, but she said it certainly will help if I take it easy and try to stay off my feet.

Thanks for the positive thoughts... keep 'em coming!   I don't wanna have this kid until he/she is ready!

Hey Edbetsy!   Nate is really filling out!!  Gorgeous chubby little arms!

And yeah, just seems like yesterday when I was the newbie on here--asking you and the other gals all my paranoid questions!   It's gone WAY too fast.  I'm not ready for this!!

I had to do the 24 hour - what a joy.  Especially bringing it to work and keeping it in the fridge....I have to do another one tomorrow to bring into my appointment Thursday. 

So glad everything is looking good!  Hope we both pull through w/o induction!

Thanks, he's also quickly out growing his clothes and his appetite just seems to increase.

You will be fine!  You will be holding your LO before you know it.  The insomnia, and the hourly bathroom trips, back aches are so worth it in the end
