Did you or do you plan to send out announcements at birth/placement or did you, will you wait until finalization?

older child adoption here, but we will send out our announcements on finalization day. I have already ordered and received them. excited much? lol

We're planning to send out birth announcements.

We're sending them out as soon as the TPR is signed!

If you go to the girl announcements and then go to page 8, it's the one called "Sophia1". 

I haven't seen them in person yet, but the digital proof looked great!

We sent them at placement. For us placement = TPR though.

we did regular birth announcements once the BM went to court at 6 weeks.

Both of our sons came home at the beginning of December, so I was WAY too overwhelmed to do anything other than a photo New Years card. I think they went out at the end of January...

we sent out regular birth announcements at about 2 months

We just sent out announcements and we do not finalize until March or April. I did not want to show up at holiday functions with a toddler and have questions. Plus her name is hard for people for different reasons and I wanted it to be understood what to call her. DD is a open private IA adoption with the extended family.
