WOW! I can't believe it is already time for us to take the class tonight. It will probably be boring, but I am super excited! This gets more real every day!
The hospital in town requires that everyone attend one informational class before you hit 6 months. You have to sign all of your releases at the class. They want to make sure you understand what you are doing assuming your judgement might be impaired during the actual labor and delivery due to pain, etc.

They went over meds including Epis last week in my CB class series. It is pretty interesting. I plan to go med free, but I am so glad I know all about the other options.
Re: Epidural class!

You're taking a class on epidurals? Why?
Interesting. I've never heard of such a thing. My guess is your hospital has been sued for a last minute epi gone wrong.
Have fun!
