Children's Haircuts in Plano/Frisco/McK

I am looking for a place that will cut my 18 month old boy and 4 yr old girls hair in the Plano Frisco McKinney/Allen Area.  I would prefer $10-$20 range.

There is a place at 121/Custer in the Target shopping center that faces 121.  I'm not sure of the name - maybe Cool Cuts for Kids?  I haven't been there, but have been eyeing it for DD.

I posted a couple of weeks ago about Sweet & Sassy salon. There's one in Frisco at Gaylord/Preston. They do $10 haircuts on Tuesdays. I took my kids there and was really impressed with the cuts and price.

We go to Cool Cuts in Richardson...but there's on in Plano and Frisco. It's $16 and DD will sit there and watch a movie....so totally worth it!
