I crocheted a blanket for my friend's daughter when she was born. I never in a million years would have imagined that it would become her favorite blanket.
I was trying to brainstorm something that would be a fun gift for her and decided to make a matching one for her dolls! Any ideas as to how big it should be?
Thankies!
Re: How big should a doll blanket be?
It's been a really long time since I've played with dolls. She lives out of state so I can't eyeball her doll collection.
Do you think 18 inches by 24 inches would be a good size? Too big or too small?
The shockingly overpriced doll blanket my mom bought from pottery barn kids is 17"x20" according to their website. It's a good size for putting on a dollbed, but I don't think you could swaddle a doll in it if that's what you're going for.
I think 18x24" would be good.
