I have to preface this by saying I workout at the gym almost every day and I'm in pretty decent shape. I only have about 8lbs to lose.
I started the shred last week, did 4 days in a row, was extremely sore, but kept trucking through, until the 5th day (Friday) when my knees were killing me. Even just to walk! I decided not to do the shred feeling like that cause I didn't want to hurt myself seriously, but now my knees still hurt. I read some reviews abiout this happening to people but figured i'd be ok since I have no previous injury and am not obese or anything! Anyone else have this happen? how long til your knees felt ok enough to start again?

Are you doing your lunges correctly?
I had the same problems and my knees hurt so bad I could barely pick my legs up to get in and out of the car. My next door neighbors are trainers and I asked them what the deal was...they said to make sure that whenever I did a squat or a lunge to not extend my knee over my foot. That ended up being my problem and after I corrected it, my knees no longer hurt (it did take a few days for the original pain to go away).
I know a lot of people complain about the knee pain though. I restarted the Shred again after my cruise and haven't had any soreness this time around.
