Anyone have a uti without pain when peeing?

I have been having abdominal pain all day and my urine is a dark/reddish color, but I have no painful urination. The dr. called me in a prescrip. for a uti but I feel like it's something else. But since I've never had a uti I'm just curious if anyone else has had this happen. TIA

You should probably make an appt to actually go in and see the doctor, because reddish pee doesn't always mean your urine has blood in it. The blood could be washing down from your V.

Maybe I'm just over-cautious, but if i had abdominal pain and blood in the toilet I'd want to see the doctor in person.

I had a few with DD that I never had symptoms for.

I had a UTI when i found out i was pregnant without any symptoms.

Yea, I would have much rather gone to the office but they were closed for Columbus Day. I guess I'll try and make an appt. for tom. once they open up.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I didn't have any pain or burning when I went to the bathroom. The only symptoms I had was cloudy urine, feeling like I had to go constantly (and nothing coming out), and some abdominal pain.

I just diagnosed with one and I had no symptoms also, but yea red pee doesnt sound good
