I was looking foer you last week, but I guess we weren't on at the same time.  After you posted your pumpkin muffin recipe, I HAD to make them last weekend.  THANK YOU for my new addiction.  What an easy and great recipe!  Perfect for the morning. Big Smile

Then I decided to make them again for desert!  I used your same recipe w/ just the yellow cake mix & pumpkin, but I changed one thing.  I made it more like a cupcake and I made fresh cream cheese icing to put on top.  YUMMY!!!!!

If you want try this:

Cream cheese icing-

1 stick butter softened

1 8 oz pkg Philly Cream Cheese slightly softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup confectioners sugar sifted

-Mix together butter, cream cheese & vanilla til creamy.  Slowly mix in powdered sugar until blended well.

Voila! 

I gotta tell ya, they were a huge hit, but I made sure I did not take the credit.  That's all you baby!

    Hahahahahaha!!!! YAY!!!! I love getting shout outs on here! hahaha... I'm so glad you liked them! They are seriously dangerous, i could have eaten the whole batch.  AND...now that you gave me the recipe for cream cheese icing, it looks like i need to go out and buy another cake mix. haha.

     SO glad you girls enjoyed it as much as i did Smile
