It's absolutely gorgeous in person--IMO, the pictures online really don't do it justice. It's very rich looking (we got the espresso), is solid hardwood and incredibly sturdy. We compared it primarily to the Babi Italia Pinehurst at BRU--and overall I'm much more impressed with the quality of the Tori. I'd recommend it to anyone.
The *only* issue with it is that you really can't use a bumper when the mattress is on the highest setting due to the solid piece on the front. But since most people are choosing to forgo bumpers anyway, it might be a non-issue.
Oh, and JCP was a breeze to deal with. Two thumbs up.
Thanks a lot! I have a question about your chaning tower/dresser. Is that the one that matches Tori, but without the hutch or did you order something different?
They are all from the tori collection, but I didnt get the hutch. Two of my friends said they hated their hutches and took them off after they wacked their LO's head on it a few times...when they were getting older and squirmy. hehehe
Plus, our nursery is TINY and I didnt want to overwhelm it with even bigger furniture.
Re: Anyone have "tori" bed from JCPenney?
We have it and love it.

I agree with everything the previous poster said! I am soooooo glad I got this set!
Here are some pics (very unfinished nursery) of our espresso set:
Also, there is a thread on Tori cribs on the second trimester board from just a couple hours ago...might want to keep an eye on that one too!
