Is it really necessary to wash all the baby clothes in Dreft? Can you just use some unscented regular detergent like All Free and Clear? TIA! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
Not necessary to buy dreft. Any thing will work. I have done a lot of research on using regular detergent and I honestly couldn't find anything that said that you shouldn't at least try using it.
Baby will touch your clothes a lot!
We're not switching any laundry habits unless LO has an adverse reaction.
Dreft is evil!!!! Ok, maybe not evil, but definitely not the God-send that so many people make it out to be. Use anything with no dyes or perfumes and you're good. We are using Purex Free and Clear for all of our clothes, baby clothes, and everything that is laundered.
pp has a good point, too. You can always try regular and if your dc doesn't react, it's fine. My dd has sensitive skin and breaks out in a rash with reg. detergent (still does at almost a year) so we use free and clear...

DH and I already use Tide Free so that's what we plan to use for the little one as well.
