I mentioned this below but my DH actually really does enjoy his job. It's a family business and he's doing what he always wanted to do when he was a kid. Don't get me wrong there are always stressors..especially when it comes to the bottom line but he finds a lot of satisfaction in what he does.
Yes, he seems to. He liked working from home, but he seems to LOVE it now that he is not working out of the house. He works from a great organization, one that is deep rooted in their faith and believes that the success of the organization depends n the success of the individuals that work for them.
He also loves being a dad and being with the kids. He loves giving them baths at night and says that is his time.
My dh is very laid back. He's a city administrator and most days he doesn't mind going to work. I don't mind going to work either. I like my job except when my dd is sick. DD takes priority but other than that, we are both happy.
His old job, that he had since college was, to use the word of the day, soul destroying in a lot of ways [he's an engineer and everything he was supposed to be designing was so micromanaged it became ridiculous and impossible].
His current job is an environment that is more academic and more into design and R&D-type things over designing something to the exact specifications of some manager who doesn't really know what needs to be done.
It's also got a lot of benefits that make him enjoy it more - it's a huge campus of buildings and he gets to ride a bicycle around to different buildings when he's doing stuff and he thinks that's awesome, LOL.

For the most part, yes. He's a mason and he likes doing physical work that involves some brainpower too. He takes a lot of pride in actually building things too. Its my dad's business, so we'll likely take it over at some point, so its good that he likes what he does.
He is not a fan of one of the foreman at work (who is really as ass). He also is not a fan of how tired he gets, or of working in extreme hot or cold.
dh LOVES his job....loves his immediate supervisor and his team. He's an IT specialist....basically he troubleshoots the dept's computers and most of it is done over the phone. Lots of times he's watching a movie on his computer while doing his job lol

My favorite verse!
He does, but he doesn't like taking call or working the long hours so much. If we say, won the lottery, he would probably still work a few days a week.
DH is a police officer and loves his job. Most of his family are cops/firefighters so he followed in their footsteps. There are days (like today) he dosnt geel like going to work but overall he loves it.

he does - it is stressful sometimes, but his current job is closer to home, he likes the guys he works with (VERY small office) and does seem to offer a lot of options for growth.
Yes, I think he does. However, he has to deal with some pretty stupid patients...drug seekers, non compliant, ignorant and lazy people. That has to be trying but he handles it really well. He's perfectly cut out for what he does!
Yes, it's more than a job, it really defines him. He technically has two more years of training after this so he'll have been training for this career for all 34 years of his life by the time he is done. I think he will be happy when he is an attending and is running the show more often, and also would like a day off a week. Eventually it will be down to 60 hrs a week and he'll have a better work/life balance. He is definitely cut out for his role though - he is great at staying calm, helping people, and also emotionally able to leave work at work for the most part and show up at home as a happy daddy.
He's been with the same company for 10 years and has loved it up until about a year ago. He still loves his "job" but the structural changes and a sudden change in his career track have soured him somewhat. We're looking to move in the next year so that's also going to be his opportunity to make a switch.

But the actual job? Yes, he likes it.
