one hour glucose (for those who haven't had it yet)

So not a big deal.  I was all worried about it for some reason.  I gag very easily and thought that it was going to be tough to get down, but it really wasn't that bad.  I did the fruit punch one :)

Watch... I probably failed it.  LOL.

    Oh, they have fruit punch now?  I remember doing the nasty orange one with my boys.  Yuck.  It would help if I liked some kind of orange drink, but I don't.

    my office said they had orange and cola flavored...I think I would prefer the fruit punch!

    Cola?  Hmmm, I'm not sure about that.

    I'll have to check with my office and see what they have. Let's hope for fruit punch!!

    For some reason I had gotten the impression that it would have the consistency of thick syrup so I was pleasantly surprised that is was more like syrup.

     

    You're so lucky to get Saturday appts. My office has really inconvenient hours.

    I am really enjoying the Sat appts.  It definitely does make things convenient and I don't have to worry about taking time off of work.  They don't do ultrasounds on Sat though so I'll have that on the 30th but I'll schedule as many Sat appts as I can.  It also makes it pretty easy for DH to go too.  The best part?  No wait.  It's awesome.  I would've been out in less than 15 minutes today but I had to end up staying to drink a ton of water so I could leave another urine specimen. lol.

    I had the cola, and wasn't offered an alternative. I must say, it wasn't bad. I can best compare it to the sweetness of drinking a regular COke if you're used to drinking diet - kind of sickly sweet, but definitely doable.

    Fruit punch doesn't sound too bad at all.  Our lab only offers a 7-up flavor which isn't too bad either.
