16 week u/s update

Had my 16 week sono scheduled for 3:30 this afternoon, but it got moved up to 11:45. We're being monitored by monthly u/s, so it's been nice to get a lot of looks at baby. And, because we're being seen by an MFM group, all of the pictures are really clear because of their high tech equipment.

Baby looked great today. Everything measured right on track... 16w1d, just like I am. The tech got a look between the legs and said she was 90% sure it is a....

GIRL!!

I was so shocked. I thought for sure we were having another boy. She ended up getting another peek between the legs (baby was REALLY active) and said, "Oh yeah... that's definitely a girl."

We're not going to go buy anything pink yet (or anything for that matter) until at least after our 20 week sono, but so far things with Isaac's little sister look great. I am so thankful
