Irish boy names to go with this middle name

DD is Maeve...

 

Middle name will definitely be Daniel.

 

DH wants Sean Daniel which I like, but I just keep thinking I want DS (if we have one) to have his OWN name, since DH is Sean too.

 

He says he's not trying to name after himself, just likes the name and thinks that not too many people use it nowadays...

 

I have been looking for other options but nothing is jumping out at me that goes well with Daniel.

Help please?

I was recently in Ireland and met some wonderful gentlemen there (all brothers) and here are their names: Eamon (ay-mon); Brian (bree-an -- has an accent over the i) and Joseph. Personally, I like Eamon Daniel the best. Good luck in finding your baby's name!

I am soooo not a fan of naming DS the same name as DH. I always said middle name is fine - but not first.

I like Conor Daniel, especially with Maeve.  In Irish mythology, Queen Maeve was at one point married to King Conor (Conchobhar MacNessa, in old Irish).

My son is Kellen and we almost used Daniel as a middle, because it's my DH"S middle.

My only suggestion is Brody.  Love this name, it is our number 1 boys name and I think it sounds fantastic with Daniel!
