anyone purchase colgate classica II?

that's the only one buy buy baby has in stock and was told that it was more firm than I, however when I got home and researched online, I saw that it isn't. It's actually 1.25 density vs 1.5 of the classica I. I called customer service and they assured that it was firm enough for an infant, but I'm still on the fence about returning it and just ordering the classica I online. thoughts?

Re: anyone purchase colgate classica II?

  • Baby Bargains still says that any colgate classica is their suggested foam mattress...their first choice is the I but that is factoring in cost.  They say that any are fine...they just increase in price as you increase in number!

  • Have Classica I and can't believe anything can be firmer. It is as hard as a rock Smile
  • We have the Classica III.  Not sure about the II, but the difference btwn. the I and III is just that with the III it can be flipped when the baby is a bit older to provide a bit more comfort (slightly softer on one side), but the difference btwn. the two sides is really minimal.
