Not following bedtime routine ?

B has had a bedtime routine for 2 months now. She gets crabby around 7:30, she takes a bath, has a bottle in a dark quiet room, falls asleep while eating, and then I put her in bed.

I am worried that if for some reason we are unable to do her routine one night she wont go to sleep or wont sleep well.

Anyone experience this?

We have been succesful without the bath.  I just wipe him down with a wet washcloth.
