where to start?

My sister has been TTC for many years. My other sister even tried being a surrogant for her but we found out today it didn't take. That was try # 2 and the last try. She is now considering adoption. I am just curious where to start. If she comes to me to talk about it I would love to be able to offer advice or lead her in the right direction. TIA!!

The book Adoption for Dummies is a great start.

Encourage her to look at all options (Domestic, International and Foster care to adopt) because she decides on one, we were set on one and ended up changing our minds down the road after researching it more.  And just be there there, I think being there is the biggest thing you can do for her!

Agreed 100%. Don't take this the wrong way, but if she wants to pursue adoption IMO she needs to do it her way, especially if you haven't been through the process.

Totally understandable! She knows I am an internet addict so sometimes she'll just ask me to look something up for her so I thought I'd try to educate myself a little on it as well. Thanks again!
