Ugg, I hate that from my desk I can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom.  There is one CW in particular that has no shame when it comes to the restroom.  I mean, I get that its a bathroom and there are certain things you do there, but when I can hear it, and at times have to cover my ears, then there is a problem.  

I don't know how appropriate it is for me to ask him to use the 2nd floor restroom, as it is more "public" and no one would be able to hear him.  Eck, its just so gross.  And this is an everyday occurance.  Would you say something to said CW?

this is what I was going to say - only I was going to add that might not work if you are the only one that would be guessed to be able to hear anything.

Yeah, he would know it was me.  I am the only one out here.  Our old CIO thought it would be a good idea to do a build-out and include the rr in the space instead of having the buffer wall.  He obviously never sat in my desk.
