and I'm getting off.   I am very sorry that I was never able to get KU so that I could join in the upper echelons of the GP Mama's world and partake in the vicious attacks of those currently on GP on the "secret" board (I've heard this through numerous reputable sources).  There are many, many "newbs" who are sweet, wonderful people and I think very highly of them.  The complete hypocrisy of the "old regs" makes me completely ashamed to even be associated with them.

If the GP of yore is what you want, participate more on GP and not just to tell those currently there how much they suck.

I've had some fun times on this board and learned a lot.  I thank you for that.  I wish everyone the best of luck with their journeys.

LMAO, but i believe the mamas have been participating more, starting newb playdates, trying to answer questions, etc.  you (and JME) are the ones that turned lemon's nice post into something worse than it was supposed to be.

I don't think the "vicious attacks" are coming from the "upper echelons of the GP Mamas."  In fact, I think it's the exact opposite.  My observations of GP over the past few months are that these attacks have been coming from the current GP regs, and the old regs and GP Mamas have actually been making an effort to make GP a nicer, friendlier place. 

Look at Lemon's post this morning, perfect example.  It was supposed to be taken as a compliment, but it turned into a big ugly mess.

I wish you luck, and hope you get your BFP sooner than later.  Take care.

 

I agree with this 100%. And Glow- I really hate to see you go. You were one my favs. I don't get involved in the drama on these boards and just saw what went down below. It sucks that sh*t always has to go down on these boards like this. As if we all don't have enough drama IRL. You'll be missed.

Right??  It wasn't my choice to be back here, believe me, just like I'm sure it isn't for many people.  No reason to make fun of anyone.

I can assure you. No one on the GP Mamas board would make fun of someone's ability to get pg.

Ditto.  We would NEVER make fun of infertility and struggles TTC.  That would be mocking ourselves if we did that, as many of us struggled as well.  We would never do that.

And I'm also sorry anyone feels the need to GBCGP. I can understand how a ttc journey can be extremely frustrating, but channeling that frustration on an internet message board is not the way to go.

Glow, I like you a lot, and have enjoyed your company on GP. I don't follow your logic or understand why you feel the need to GBCGP. However, the decision is yours to make, and I wish you the best.

I'm sad to see you go Glow... but I totally understand.    I stopped posting on here a couple of months ago and just lurk occasionally.   Even though I didn't post much,   I felt we had a lot of similarities and I always liked reading your posts.   I hope you get your BFP soon.  Best Wishes!
