I'm about to send an email to my ex-husband that outlines our Christmas plans.  This won't be a surprise to him (that we have the boys all of their Christmas vacation) but he will find a way to make it seem like he didn't realize they would be gone the whole time.

This will be the 1st time he's ever not had them for at least part of Christmas.  He won't know how to cope.  I know this.  :)

    My best friend is engaged to a man whose ex wife likes to play these kind of games as well with his 2 kids and it just makes everything such an ordeal...I really feel for you!

    Thanks!  Yeah, he is something.  We do have papers outlining how things are supposed to be, but he is one of those who thinks he is above the law. 

    I'm sorry for your friend.  It's not fun.  I don't understand why people act like that.  They truly don't care about the kids but only about making it difficult for the other parent.

    Funny you should say that...the divorce was final last summer and the ex has literally violated every part of the final divorce decree and they are now in the process of taking her back to court for the umpteenth time to come up with a new agreement.   When do people become so hateful and vengeful, is what I'd like to know...and the worst part is that she can't even see that she's totally screwing up her children because of it.  What a mess!

    I wish you the best of luck with the ex and that you have a lovely holiday with your boys! 

    BTW - have you felt the baby move lately?  I know you posted earlier about being a little worried about that.....

    Yeah, my ex has violated our papers as well, but it's been with small things and after I did some research I was pretty discouraged and figured it wasn't even worth the time to try and make him do what I wanted.  For some reason, even though my ex is re-married with a child, he is still bitter and finds great delight in being a total jacka$$!  I figure, he will get his though.  One day!

    I think I've felt a little movement this morning.  I appreciate you asking!  I have a check-up scheduled for Saturday so I figured I would wait to go until then if I can.
