My almost 4 yr old.........

is a bottomless pit!

He used to eat like a bird. For the past few weeks we have had huge eating binges.

Sat. he ate a bowl of oatmeal at 8am

9 he ate a banana

10:30is he has some pretzels and honey

11:30 a corn dog, cucumbers and 1/2 a peach

1:00 yogurt raisin and ants on a log (x3)

3:00 4 veggie nuggets

5:00 pretzels and peanut butter

6:00 a whole piece of chicken, some rice and a shitton of broccoli.

 

He snacked all day yesterday then forgot to eat his dinner so on the way home from friends I stopped at Sonic where he ate a LARGE popcorn chicken and milk.

He normally eats 1/2. This is after he ate birthday cake, pretzels and carrot sticks all night.

 

I think I feel my grocery bill going up.

My DS is 17 and is still like this.  For a while he will eat next to nothing then for a while he will be a bottomless pit.  Weird.

Welcome to my world.  I call Carter a garbage disposal at times because he eats everything and anything ALL.THE.TIME!  He was barely over 1 y/o and sometimes eating more than DH or I would eat.  Thank God he eats healthy otherwise he'd probably weight about 60 pounds.

Go Miles!  That's so awesome that he'll eat nutritious foods!  Sounds like a growth spurt.  Wait 'til he's a teen!  I bet he'll eat you out of house and home!
