I really don't want to, but I don't want to take any chances either. I am having cramps really, really low. Almost like period cramps. Most of the day yesterday and this morning. I don't feel that great either. Not necessarily sick, but not right. I just feel exhausted and grumpy and achy.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be? Anyone ever have a UTI? I haven't, so I don't know if that could be it. And, of course, there is the possibility that it's just my uterus stretching. Although, it is low... like under my baby. That's why I am thinking it's my bladder. I am peeing every fifteen minutes for the last week (it doesn't burn or anything though).
Ugh, normally, I blow things off and wouldn't dream of running right to the doctor, but I am nervous it could be anything. And I am feeling a little silly too, because it could be nothing. I mean, I'm pregnant. Of course I am going to have to pee a lot.
Re: I think I might have to call my doctor
I had similiar cramping just the other week but it only lasted about 30 minutes... but I will admit that I was freaked the ef out during those 30 minutes. I had an appt several days later so I just mentioned it then and he said because I was so close to 3rd tri that he would do an internal and monitor me for preterm labor. He said that plenty of women nearing or barely into 3rd tri go into preterm labor and have no idea (vs everyone knowing when woman is about due). I was fine and there was no preterm labor but he did tell me that at this stage in the game, it's best to inform him of any "insignificant" issue straight away. He also said that if I experienced the cramps again, I should drink a glass of water and lay on my left side for 1/2 and hour and count how many times she kicks.
Point is that at this stage, I'd call the doctor - especially since you've had this for more than a day...

Thanks ladies.
I just called and my dr is calling in a script for me. He is assuming it is a UTI. If at any time I feel like the cramps are getting worse, I am to go to the hospital for a non-stress test. They just keep an eye on things and make sure nothing bad is happening, I guess.
I am sitting here crying though. I have felt awesome this whole pregnancy (minus three weeks in first tri with ms). And now, inside of a week I am having heart burn that is almost unbearable at night and cramping that is super painful.
I just entered into the third tri yesterday when this cramping started. How ironic is that?
Awww!
I'm sorry about the heartburn and cramping! I hope it just passes, and that you feel better again soon!

I know you posted this yesterday, so I hope you have your problem resolved by now. If not, please call your doctor. That is what you are paying them big bucks for. They want you to call so they can document your pregnancy and make sure they are giving you the utmost care at all times. There is no reason you should be suffering from unexplained pain. CALL!!!!
