TTC after 35

Ugh..I feel AF which means IVF

was really hoping that after the HSG this last month I would have gotten pregnant on our own. Now I feel tender breast, large and a little crampy.

So I guess I should prepare myself for IVF treatments this week.

Antsy about the process and all that goes with it. Concerned about expenses although I think I have great insurance with United Health and I added fertility treatment this year in the event we neeeded it. Well, it looks like we'll need it.

Guess I should sharpen up on the acronyms associated with this board.Smile

ughh... any advice and/or suggestions on what to expect.

thanks

  • GL!  That's wonderful that you have insurance to help out.  Keep us posted on your progress!  : )

  • Hi, Carrie.

First, I'm so glad you have insurance that will help you. That is WONDERFUL, and it takes some of the stress off.

It sounds like you are not going to do IUI, but go straight to IVF?  If that's the case, I can't be much help. We were preparing to do an IUI, so I know more about that.

Also, remember: Until AF actually shows, you're not out!

GL! I hope you get your BFP soon!
