Curious about crib warning

The box that my crib comes in has a huge thing saying minimum age: 15 months.  Has anyone else seen that on theirs?  15 months is ridiculous.  Why would a crib say not to use till 15 months.  Is this something on every crib or are certain styles just like this?

Does it convert to a toddler bed? If so- I imagine you're misreading the instructions. 15m is generally the stated minimum age for toddler bed conversions.

You know what?  I must be!  It is a 4 in 1 bed.  Thanks for clarifying.
