We are going to do a Co-Ed baby shower and plan on having probably about 20-30 people there. I've found quite a few games that I know the guys and girls will enjoy, but I can't figure out where to have the shower. I don't think the layout of our house will be suitable for all of the guests and games. Our home is a new build so the backyard isn't landscaped yet to do it out there either.
We live in the northwest valley (115th Ave & Happy Valley) so I'd like it to be somewhere not too far away. Anybody have ideas of locations? Oh and it's a boy...due Jan 29th...baby shower is going to be mid November.
Really appreciate it! Thanks :-)
Re: Need Shower Ideas & Help...
Eh, it's usually not that chilly during the day when the sun's out. Even on thanksgiving I always want to wear a sweater and end up being too hot! I think it'll be fine
Many upscale apartment communities have Clubhouses to rent. If you know someone who is a current resident, it would likely be free or a fairly minimal charge. If you don't, I'd give a few a call anyway. You may find it to be very reasonably priced. (I used to work in property management and most would be willing to accomodate-it's essentially free advertising for them to your guests).
You could always rent out a banquet room at a restaurant or hotel, but that can get pretty pricey depending on the venue you choose and if you would have to have them cater as part of the cost.
Hope that helps. If not, I would try the Baby Shower board for more suggestions
Best of luck!
