How much of this do most of you administer per day? I swear I saw something about 50mg per day which is $129.00 per day, so I hope this isnt so!

    1cc per day. 1 vial of PIO usually lasts about a week.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    prior to our bfp 1 50 unit shot/day. after bfp, 1 50 unit shot at night, 1 100 unit shot in the morning. additionally they had me doing 100 unit suppositories 3x/day, too. this lasted for 10 weeks. then they had me taper off the suppositories. at the 10 week mark they had me stop the shots all together.
