I think it's also from the episode where Sandra is having the babies (or they are at a lamaze class - something along those lines). I've never seen Bill Cosby stand-up, but I remember that from the show!

Ah, yes! I remember the chocolate cake! It's healthy because it has eggs, flour and milk. Ha ha ha. I wonder if I can find that on youtube...
