I'm just beyond words angry at the receptionist at your doctor's office. Really, there is no excuse for what she said to you.

You have handled it with way more control than I can even imagine.

I get that she didn't mean to hurt you, but considering where she works, you would think she would be more sensitive! 

You could still say something to her, if you wanted to. Just an "in the future, I hope you will be more careful" and a short explanation. If she were my employee, I would at least suspend her without pay for a few days.

I'm sorry, too, that this painful experience is on-going, and that your doctor wants you to wait so long. It seems an unusually  long time to me.

I know there's nothing I can say to make this better. Just know that I am thinking of you right now. And I'm angry with that stupid, stupid woman at the doc's office.

I'm sorry for what you're dealing with.  People can be so insensitive.  When I went in for b/w to confirm my pregnancy had "resolved" in June, the tech was all bubbly and happy and asked me if I were excited about my b/w.  Um..no, not so much, since it clearly states I'm having a m/c. 

Anyway, I hope you don't have to go in too many more times and that the wait to TTC again goes by quickly.  I'm sorry it's so frustrating.

Oh, I'm sorry.  That receptionist is awful.  Why do you have to wait until Feb? I have heard of many women getting pregnant right away after a m/c.

I made an appointment to talk to my actual doctor tomorrow about what is actually going on and where to go from here.  I'm tired of feeling like I'm in the dark.

Oh hon, Im sorry.  What a ridiculous thing to say.  I wonder if she even knows what the significance of less blood draws mean.  Sometimes these techs dont have much knowledge.    When I made my apt for my OBgyn for when I will leave my RE I told the girl on the phone that I was an IVF patient.  She asked me, "what is IVF?" 

Im so sorry that you are still going through this.  Good luck with everything this weekend and I hope you are able to get some rest.

People sometimes amaze me by what comes out of their mouth! We are probably looking at starting back in Feb too, if my betas continue to go down. Keep me posted we may be cycling together!

Tara - I'm so so sorry you have to deal with such an idiot. I swear some folks really just don't know what to say an ultimately stick their foot in their mouth. ((((hugs)))   oh and I question having to wait until Feb too.  I hope your doc has some answers for you.
