Anyone going to see Toy Story 3D? Or taken a toddler to a 3D movie?

DS lovesToy Story, and I would love to take him to see it, but I am a bit apprehensive since it is in 3D. Anyone taken a toddler to a 3D movie? I have heard that it is hard for little ones to both keep the glasses on and also stay still to actuallly see the movie in 3D.   I am also a bit worried it will freak him out, he has never been to a movie before. Any experiences?

I took my 3-year old to a birthday party last weekend at the theatre. They were watching Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs in 3D. It was his very first movie and I was nervous. He did great and kept his glasses on most of the time.

Our kids have been to several 3D movies.  The first one was difficult for them to keep the glasses on, but they do pretty well now.

My DD will not leave them on but you can watch them without just waste some money on the 3D part though...
