Sinusitis- ugh

I've been fighting a cold the last week or so and yesterday my cheeks started hurting.  Given all my other symptoms I'm fairly sure I have a sinus infection.  I've read that it's pretty common in pregnancy. My question is, will my dr. likely prescribe antibiotics? I have an appt tomorrow morning so I will find out then but I was curious what anyone else has experienced.

 Also, I've started taking benadryl and sudafed (on my safe list) for the last two days with little relief. I've done the nettie pot a few times and of course hot showers and soup.

I think your doctor will probably only give you antibiotics if you manifest signs of infection, such as a fever, or yellow/green mucous.  Otherwise, you may just have to let it run it's course.  Sorry you feel so crappy...I think being stuffed up is the worst!
