YAY!!! Miles sat up (briefly) unassisted tonight!

Of course, it was in front of his therapists at his EI appointment and they were just thrilled with him. He's such a little ham for the ladies already.

Pretty sure this is on track with other babies his age, right? We were waiting to start solids until 6 months or when he can sit relatively unassisted and has good head and neck control.

Oh he's already noticed how much easier it is to reach for her toys in this position. And Nora has also noticed, trust me. LOL

Thats great!  My son is a month older than Miles.  He is super strong compared to his peers, of which we know many, since there was a huge baby boom here in March.  He tripoded at 4 months, and now is pretty reliable with sitting by himself.  My DD did not sit unassisted until 9 months, and a lot of DS's little buddies are just starting to tripod.  Go Miles!

Max and his jowels didn't sit up unassisted until like 6.5 months - so Miles is way ahead of him!  That is exciting
