Crib Sheets

DD loves to sleep on her tummy so she's constantly drooling or even spitting up on her sheets, therefore I'm constantly washing her sheets. I know there's something out there you can put on top of your crib sheet so it's easier to take off and wash. Anyone know what it's called? Or any other suggestions? Or do you wash your LO's sheets just as much?

Re: Crib Sheets

  • I just wash them a lot...IMO it's not safe to put anything on top of the sheet that DD could suffocate on or get wrapped up in...

  • I use a crib sheet. Then a small waterproof pad and then a receiving blanket.  I just wash the receiving blanket every few days and rarely have to change the whole crib sheet.  Makes it much easier

Crib sheet!! That's what it's called, duh!  LOL Thanks.

ETA: I just googled it, and it's actually called a sheet saver.

These sheet saver I'm speaking of, ties to the crib or under neath the mattress not so sure how but it's safe for baby.

  • We have a large waterproof multipad that is on top of his sheet.
  • I hear you! My DS loves to sleep on his belly, too. He has been drooling more since he sucks on his hands and coos alot until we get him! We even get little wet circles on his sheets from where he's slept! lol Then in the wash they go again! But it's not a prob. I have lots of sheets and my SIL gave me hers, too. I don't mind doing the laundry...it's the changing of the sheet itself I dread..Tongue Tied
