My birthday ended up being really good.  i *think* my sister called DH on Saturday afternoon while ike and i were at Charleigh's party because DH has been a totally different guy since we got home.  Like seriously dishes done, house cleaned (both of which have never and i seriously mean never been done by my DH), zoo on Sunday as a family (quite a shocker), ipod for my birthday (wrapped and a real store bought card!), dinner with friends last night at my fav (tx fav anyway) restuarant, kitty today (seriously check out pics on local board, this kitten is adorable!!).  I don't know what happened, but i like the change.

I also apologized for the way i've been acting lately.  i told him that i have noticed the positive changes the past month or so, but i was so angry that he waited so long to act like a decent husband or father that i still acted like a b!tch.  He apologized for being a douche bag and said that he is going to try harder to be a better dad/husband.  Things have been positive in this house for the first time in a long time )
