Just when I thought coffee couldn't get any better.... I learned to "cold brew". The flavor is so rich and doesnt have that harsh bite.
How it's done:
Before I left this morning I ground coffee beans as I would normally, put the grounds in my tea pot with some water (straight from the tap), let sit on my counter until I got home, poured through a strainer into a glass, I didnt even need to add milk.
Bliss.
