I was cursing my boobs about to have a fit about how I couldn't take anymore extremely sore nipps.  I reach into my bra for an adjustment and find crumbs in it.  Hard pokey ones.  Needless to say I am much better now.

If it were me, I would have chosen option 3.  I would want to know just how long they had been in there.

I threw them out.  I could only guess it was from the rock hard corn bread I tried to eat with my soup.  I didn't need to revisit it.
