DD has outgrown all of her 3-6 month PJ's (3-6 onesies and pants still fit fine) so I put a 6-9 month PJ on her and it's SOOO big! Anyone else run into this problem? I don't remember this happening when we went from Newborn to 0-3 or from 0-3 to 3-6. The 3-6 month PJ's are so tight over her little feet, like they're too short for her now. I even started stretching the heck out of them before I put them on her and it kinda helps but they're still tight. I thought it was dangerous for babies to sleep in PJ's that were too loose.
Re: CRAP!! 3-6 too small but 6-9 WAY too big!
Someone posted these the other day:

Sounds like it might solve your problem.
All of her PJ's are Carters. They say either 6 months or 9 months on them but I though that meant 3-6 months and 6-9 months. Is that wrong? Why is baby clothing so complicated??

Yup, the 6-9 month (or 9 month...) PJ's have been through the wash and are still super long.
Try Circo brand at Target. All of that stuff runs small on DD when everything else seems big.
No that might be right. DD is really long so the 6 month stuff works for her but she isn't swimming in it either. It's loose but not terribly loose.
We're having the same problem. Carter's 3 is too small, 6 is too big.
Baby Gap's 3-6 seem to work right now.
