AF is killing me every month

It is SO much heaver PP.  I can't wear tampons- not even supers for the first FEW days and it heavy for at least 5 days and lasts a week or longer.  My old AF used to be heavy for 3 days and done in 5.  I never had problems with tampons before.

Also, I am so tired and crampy.  Please tell me this will get better eventually.  This is my 4th since Lily was born.

Hm, mine started getting better around 6 months pp. Hope that happens for you too!

I've had mine back since 6 weeks PP. It's not as heavy as it was but the cramps and bloating are out of control. i can't take it!

Hmmm color me surprised, I always pegged you for a DivaCup type of  gal.

 

I am sorry it sucks so bad...my cycles are all over the board, not heavier, but 28 days, then 31, then 40...getting me all excited to be "late" only to show up.

Mine has been much heavier pp as well.  Cramps have been terrible and AF has been incredibly heavy.  And it lasts 7 or 8 days start to finish.  I talked to my OB about it at my annual exam.  When I told him how long AF lasts now he said "no wonder you want to get pregnant again".  He then said that if it's not uncommon for AF to be worse than before for the first several months it returns.  He said if it continues past 6 months to give him a call.
